This is one of those easy posts, but you never know if it might be a great reminder at the right moment for someone.
We're all struggling to stretch dollars right now, including our grocery dollars!!
I read an article the other day encouraging us to consider eggs for supper. High protein, eaten in moderation very healthy, and cheap cheap cheap!! Eat them just on their own, boiled, scrambled, fried, whatever, or get creative and use them in frittatas with veggies, in sandwiches, or in many many other egg based recipes.
Again, simple, but just another tool to cut that bill!!
