Guys and TV

When do guys start appreciating t.v.? (Not every single one, I know, but most...) I know my husband would really enjoy if I were to suggest giving away our 15 year old television, and picking up a new, larger screened, LCD TV, but I didn't realize quite how early this television appreciation set in, until today. I needed to get some work done on the van, and our two and a half year old foster child, a boy, was not happy about having to wait at the shop, until, that is, he saw the big screen, flat screen, tv. "Wow! Dis TV is very VERY big." Big smile and the most still sitting I've seen in a very VERY long time. How funny :).
