Saving a bit this Christmas

How are you attempting to save money this Christmas? I think everyone's trimming back there spending a little, but are you giving to less people? Giving less to everyone? Shopping for bargains a little more? Perhaps Walmart instead of Macy's? Replica watches instead of the name brands?
